Deciding to make changes to my overall health and well being. Ive tried many work outs that are just unrealistic for an everyday working mom of 3. Im in love with this booty video. It is not only something I can do everyday on my own but it feels good. I suffer from major lower back pain and the stretch it gave my back while strengthening my money maker, felt so good. Im actually looking forward to my next work out. :)

The video is already short you should explain while you are doing an exercise. If you talk and stop moving, i think the body has too much time to rest. Exercises are great but could be more intense.
