Some times you are forced through work to interact with narcissists... they are pedophiles... many are members of sex cults... they recruit you and then black mail you if you don't join or just act like you don't hear them correctly...they swear a lot so rephrase their questions to include vulgarities and pedophilia every time. Most here don't remember the draft. Eventually you either had to enlist, sign for ROTC or OCS, or be drafted. Either way you don't get to choose with whom you serve and sometimes just getting through the day is all you can do. All your "gut" instinct is good for during those times is to count the remaining days till it's finally over. Till then they think they "have" you... and there isn't much to do but let them keep thinking that. It was during this time I learned to override my "gut" instinct and just smile and say I'm going home. Because there are some life situations when that is all you have.

We've been separated for 4 months now, and after trying everything I could to save our marriage, I finally had to accept the fact that he isn't capable of giving me the love and respect I deserve. He didn't want a wife, he wanted a servant. To all survivors of narcissistic abuse...go no contact and STAY no contact. It is difficult, but God will give you the strength, courage, wisdom, and guidance you need to get through the pain, heartache, sadness, and loneliness. Trust in God and His plan. He will see you through the hard times and your pain will eventually disappear. Remove all toxic people from your life, stay prayed up, and watch the blessings come down.

Watch out for covert narcissist as they don't present the same way as normal narcissists. They go under the radar and their abuse is extremely subtle especially at the beginning until they do the discard and then they ramp up the abuse dramatically.

THIS IS A SPIRITUAL BATTLE AGAINST GOOD (EVIL AGAINST GOOD). Narcissists are led by demons, avoid them like the plague. Don't try to understand them (they are wicked), don't try to save them (only The Lord Jesus can change their wicked spirit). They envy anything Godly and will destroy your spirit...AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

When GOD revealed to me that my now ex-husband was a narcissist he also revealed to me that my mom, sister is one and that is why I was attracting them and I never knew that. I've gotten so much closer to GOD since my divorce and so much self healing love and care. I cut everybody out my life that narcissistically abused me thanks to GOD revealing it so I can heal completely! And I do believe he will bless me with an equally yoked man of GOD for a husband in his time.❤

Here's a few tips for singles so you can avoid narcissist.1. If you're thinking, "why is this person so interested in me all of the sudden"? This example is called "love bombing". What they will do is shower you with compliments making you feel like Elvis Presley in his element. Then they will tear you down the first time you tell them no. You will go from the ultimate high to the lowest of lows. Kinda like military boot camp, they break you completely down to build you up, but the narcissist uses this method in reverse. In the beginning if it seems like it's to good to be true avoid them. 2. If they don't want to meet your friend's or family. 3. & like Mark said if they cause divisions. They're contsantly trying to turn people against each other. When they don't get what they want from you they will try to turn your friends/coworkers against you. They will do the same to the people they tried to turn on you if they don't get what they want from them. This tactic is called, (splitting).

They'll also do the reverse. They'll act like they don't like you much. However, they'll hover just to stay on your radar. When they see you're ready to make a move, they'll swoop in. Then it's up and down round and round until you let go or they discard you. Either way, you're on their time.

What’s difficult with a video like this is that I’ve also displayed many of these behaviours in the past. The pain you bring into potential relationships when you’re uncertain of what you’re doing, or where you’re going - and when you’re hungering for approval - is devastating! Learning to foster a healthy version of yourself in the gospel and helpful counselling brings profound healing and growth. We need to know that God and others love us and nothing that we try to do to make ourselves look more impressive will ever work. I’d love to be in a great God-honouring relationship one day, but I notice that often times I’m not in the right space. It is easier to blame others for our shortcomings or that the shortcomings are because of the other. But often we’re our own worst enemies. Thank you again Mark for the video!

You've just described my ex husband. We were only married 3 months when God exposed him. He use to go behind my back to the people at church and say things about me in order to keep every one away from me . He said just enough to make him look like a Godly husband and made me look so like I was the one treating him bad. Everyone believed him and started avoiding me and in so doing they allowed him to isolate me. My church actually felt sorry for him because he told everyone how ban my I treated him when it was just the oppersite. He truly does think he is God. My church didn't realize by the fact that non of the members believed me when I tried to tell them who he was that they were actually putting my life in danger. I lift him and moved away. He is now gone back to his country and he is still in touch with most of the pastors at the church . They all believed him and thought that I was the problem. So I've had to unfriend all mutual friends from the church on fb as a way to keep him away from me. The thing that gets me is How could the church fall so easily for his lies and make me ( an innocent woman) that waited 15 years for God to bring me a husband) feel like in the lier.

Thank you for addressing narcissism from a Christian and biblical viewpoint. We need more information and help in this area as Christians. I have a few narcissistic people in my life and some are professed Christians. I feel as though a spiritual affliction has come on to these people either by choice or through poor decisions. Similar to a Jezebel Spirit. I pray that this can be lifted from these people and unharden their hearts. I say it is a familiar spirit because these are identifiable traits and can be seen throughout the world. Thank you for helping identifying these traits for Christians. This is how the Lord warned me off from a narcissist I was briefly engaged to. I noticed he had some odd behaviors which I was always calling him out on, like making a spectacle of himself at parties. I had never heard of NPD. These vids are so wonderful in helping to understand the syndrome and avoid such people. But in the meantime the Father warned me. Inaudibly he told me "He has a spirit of sadism on him. If you don't get away from him a spirit of masochism will get off on you." I cut him off and never saw him again. About two other narcissists, years later, he told me they had demons inside. From my research NPD is hereditary and related to underdevelopment of the ermpathy area of the brain. But I also believe that makes them vulnerable to demons. No one can give them more empathy cortex, no medicine, no therapy, nothing. I believe they could only be helped through spiritual deliverance, but minsters for that are exceedingly rare and no way always for real.

Attaching their own meaning: well, I don't know, maybe n/a 5. Twist the word of god: n/a 6. Taking credit for the good and none of the blame for the bad: check check check 7. But my heart sings to the Lord: Whatever doesn't look like you, that is still reflecting in me, whatever doesn't show your grace, that is magnifying self in me, Lord take it away....

Oh my God. Thank God that someone knows this. Its like you came to my house{my father's house} and sat down in a corner and studied him and wrote conclusions about him aaaaand then you were reading them to me. Its so confusing and such a torment to live in the same house with him. This might sound bad to other people, but I can't wait to just get away from him. I'm sick of challenges associated with him, I just want a normal life, with normal humans.

@Lisa Nangwe All the best. May God bless you every step of the way. Just find strength to deal with it, but leave as soon as you get the chance. Just don't run getting married. First be on your own. Many times it happens that runnung away from something women end up with almost the same. So respect yourself and choose wisely.

I penned this commentary on the blade of my sword. Narcissism is being taught in religious sects around the world. Social media has become a playground for the Narcissist. At 57 and 4 marriages later, I now make war on the floor. Power of prayer and wisdom in the word is the only normal life for me. Pray on. 🎚❤️🙏🏼💥

I have an associate from high school who was extremely cocky when we were kids, then arrogant, narcissistic and has recently developed a God complex. I distanced myself from him a few years ago because it was getting out of control. He recently wrote a book and directly states the beginning, "I am, therefore I think. I was chosen by God to help you stop thinking." He even has a section claiming that he was able to access the mind of God and saved 3 people from their death beds by conducting x3 miracles. The book is currently on Amazon. It's been bothering me for a while now, but I cant stop thinking about how delusional he has become.

@@theafrojamaicanvegan Omg, me too! My father could well have been a full on sociopath, idk he's dead now. My parents made my life a living hell. My mother continues to do so. If I try to talk about it, people always respond by saying 'your parents want what's best for you! ' No, a narcissist wants what's best for THEM period. They have zero regard for anyone else. They treat things like people and people like things. Their own children are mere objects. Let's be praying for one another.

How humble. Most true narcissist would never question such a thing. If you commit to living God's word and serve others and not think of yourself as higher than others, you will be on your way to full healing. Rebuke the sin of pride and always seek the Kingdom. You're a good egg. Keep listening and learning and depending on Jesus. The Lord can heal anything.

Focus on practicing Humility. Study COMPLETELY through every scripture reference in a great Complete Concordance. Humility is the opposite of Pridefulness which is the sinful foundation of a narcissist. Also, I recommend taking the best Enneagram level test that is offered.
@KimontheWeb4 жыл бұрын
Ryan Powell The fact that you’re questioning it means you’re not a narcissist. True narcs do no self-examination at all and wouldn’t even question themselves because they believe nothing is wrong with them. The fact that you’re questioning it shows your humility. Many ppl throw the word around and don’t fully know what it means.
