In this episode I show how to solve pooling equilibrium of a signalling game.
It's crucial to watch lecture videos in the proper order to ensure effective learning. This is because the concepts in each video build upon those introduced in previous videos. To help you with this, I recommend visiting my website, www.selcukozyurt.com, for a recommended course outline.

Thank you for this. But what are we supposed to do if the partial strategy of the consumer doesnt say anything about the firms best response? I think all of your previous examples were convenient enough for the second player's partial strategy to provide enough information to satisfy sequential rationality of the first player. If this is not the case, what should we do? Thank you

A quick question, what if the probability of both good and bad firms is 0.5, are the beliefs then the same as the example described in episode 14 where one side is 0.5 and the other side is dependent on its expected value range? Thanks.

Professor looks like Chetan Bhagat (if the 1 in 6 theory works, this comment can be relatable)

Mi guia son las imagenes y las ademanes del profesor. El idioma es una limitante para el avance del conocimiento y la ciencia. Pero, gracias profesor.
