In the fourth case, we already know that Player 2 would choose "D". However, why don't we assume probability q should be 0, thus payoff (2,1) would be chosen? In this case, Player 2 remains the same but Player 1 would be strictly better off. Isn't it what Requirement 4 requires (sequential rationality or Bayes' Rule should be applied whenever possible)?
