Big stingrays that are too heavy to flip are especially rough to deal with. I started putting one of the tubular stand spikes over the tail and sliding it down over the barb to keep from getting stung. That method has worked really well so far.

Yall did good man. That sand flea rake trick is top notch 👍 caught my first pomp with fishgum this morn, small. Lots of sargasm seaweed down here in navarre where im fishing. I couldnt figure out how to avoid it.

Great video, I definitely think it's going to be a good fall run 🎣🐟🐟🐟, like I said before, I have been getting on some Pomps, not numbers , 1 or 3 on the weekends fishing Navarre, I like to target these fish on the pier, especially in the summer months, versus the beach getting away from the Grass , and have been successful in the morning 🌄 to noon hours or evenings , the locals that know me out there, know that am going to get them, Residents 🐟🐟🐟 13"15 17, my best advice for locals and out-of-towners that are in the area, is to book a guide with u and or get some of your Surf Pro tackle product,,, Stay Safe God bless,,

Sorry that this question isn't that much fishing related. But, since I'm going to probably be a content creator In the near future, I thought I would ask this question. In the beginning of your video, you were walking around your trailer/shop, and it almost looked like whoever was the cameraman, was sitting up in a tree or something. Maybe it was just a camera by itself, not sure, just was curious how you took that angle? Getting ready to watch your next video, so I got to go, lol thanks I appreciate it bro! God bless

Ohhh. Tricks of the trade my friend. Adjustable paint stick from the hardware store. Glue, and tape a GoPro mount on the end of it. Now you get "drone shots" without the drone.

Is it better to bleed a fish in a bucket of water instead of bleeding them in the cooler? I see several fishermen doing that and can't help but wonder if it does a more thorough job that way.

@@Benny_Sims I’m not sure if it’s “better”, but the water helps the blood flow I believe. Plus, clean up is easier.
