Thank you I had a leapord gecko for 17 years, he lived for so long the pet store I bought him from wanted to use him for breeding, we my wife and I before we were married named him mister Wiggles as he had a W shaped marking on his forehead. I loved him and took care of him for nearly 2 decades almost as long as my wife and I have been together. I miss him terrible and this video not only made me miss him But it made me remember and that made me smile, thank you and keep loving the geckos.

thank you so so much for posting such amazing videos! you are the reason my baby is doing so well. i adopted him from a family friend a few months ago and he was not treated well at all. he wouldn’t eat because they never fed him live insects(only freeze dried), he lost many toes due to not having a wet hide, and he was not used to being handled. now, he’ll eat a full meal every other night, come when i call his name, and let me pick him up for little bits at a time without being scared. all thanks to you!!! i hope you never stop posting :)

I️ lost my gecko Gigi a bit ago, we have no idea why. Fecó Virág that’s actually kinda of wrong bearded dragons rarely drink. Because they can’t see the water if it’s not moving. That’s why I and many others give them baths. So it will go through their bottoms. Although I agree all animals need water. Maybe just in different ways or not as much (No hate though)

@@rbrs1741 Just to answer it for further readers: birds and poultry (also amphibians) don't pee and poo separately, they only have one "exit" for a mix of their "outcome". This is the cloaca. They also reproduce via this opening.

Gifting reptiles as Christmas presents is not a good idea. Are your brothers responsible? Will they know how to care for one? Keep in mind that they may get bored and start neglecting them. If you do get one make sure it’s from a reputable source, not petco or PetSmart.

When I was 8 years old, I got a leopard gecko. I loved him so much, little Rico. In the summers I would handle him all day! It was so fun. Then, one morning, I saw him sprawled on the reptile carpet floor of his 10-gallon-tank. I was so sad. 😭 But looking back a few years later, I realized that I had been caring for him very wrong. I was unintentionally abusing him, and it still makes me sad to think about what he had to go through to entertain me. Now ever since I realized what I was doing wrong, I’ve wanted a new one. This time though, I’m gonna be his friend instead of “Owning him.” We recently moved across the country and our old house still hasn’t been sold, so we are currently living in the basement of my grandparents. Of course my grandpa and grandma won’t allow any “creepy crawlies” in their house 🙄. So I’m waiting to move into our new house so that I can get one, so that I can have a friend for once. (Moving across the country sucks). And in the meantime, I’m doing all of the research I can to ensure that my leo will have the best life possible. Also, I have a question. (Congratulations if you made it this far). Where do I get my Leopard Gecko from? I don’t want to get one from Petco or Petsmart, but don’t know where else to get one. Please reply so that I can find a breeder or something. I live in Salt Lake City, Utah, in America. I’m looking for somewhere within a few hours of Salt Lake City. Thank you!

It’s so cute when they stalk because I feed mine crickets and I know the crickets can see them but the leopard geckos just pounce like a leopard and it’s so cute!
