Where you said pause the video and see why Qn did not take Pawn on D5 (6:42) i thought it was because Pawn C2 could of moved to C4 and created a fork. But then again it would of weakened the Kings defense so i guess not.

Those guys are computers. Been watching the world championship, on classical time control, they are so close to computers. Don't get me wrong, Stockfish would chew them up in at least 99% of the games, but yet, such complex lines and they find the only move that equalizes, or that keeps a certain advantage, only when time control starts to pressure them they make moves that the computer actually could take real advantage of.
@heroe14863 жыл бұрын
Stockfish on an old smartphone processor with a tenth of their time would chew them, that's just how it is, time won't change anything I guess, even with 30 minutes per move even Carlsen and Nepo miss things that are obvious for computers.

a6 and h6 are passive moves, from which the opponent is taking great advantage of playing time and piece development. It is necessary to study the lines, openings and defenses or gambit in database, game bases of official tournaments or model games. It's difficult for you to stand out in chess before preparation, a repertoire of openings and very well-structured analysis and understand the technical terms from the beginning of the opening, the mid-game and when leaving the preparation for the end of the game in a matter of technique final or theoretical methods. This is polite chess, just for this young man to see the results on a chessboard happen naturally and one step ahead of his opponents.
