It is the original University of Oslo from 1811. Today I think only the Faculty of Law is there. The other faculties are mostly located at Blindern a bit further north. It's the "Karl Johans gate". Main street Oslo is named after a Swedish king. Karl XIV Johan accepted the Norwegian demands of extensive autonomy. It was very important to him that the Swedish-Norwegian union remained peaceful. 7:00 Yes, this is generally called Folk-dance. They are mixing it up a little, but more specifically it is "bygdedans" (village dance), the oldest group of folk-dances, which includes the famous Halling-dance (kicking the hat).
