I'm surfing every day almost at the Melbourne wave pool (its winter so they have incentive deals) but im out of shape, so constantly sore, these videos you make are helping me with recovery and are skills I can use long term. Hope this channel gets more traction and support.

This was great, exactly what I needed after some hard paddling and getting to my feet this weekend. I'll make it a point to do it several times/week. I can't believe how much better I feel afterwards. On a related matter, your 20 minute body weight workout from a month or so ago makes for a fantastic surfing warm up. It does wonders for mobility and balance pre-surf. Thanks again for all the great content.
