The way you are executing each single exercise feels symmetrically and correctly aligned with how you shift your muscles and joints to regain balance in any movement . . . You are a great role model !

❤️ just a quick note from the beach as i watch less than perfect surf on the verge of being blown out in addition to direct west looking closeout walls in hazy gray chilly fog / cloud cover to say that i did your 20 minute routine again this morning after my normal physio, and it felt immediately great. those stretches are so good. that thoracic one had instant results yesterday and today, as did all of them, but that one surprisingly so and much needed for me. you and thom are epic. thank you :)

This is great. keeping loose so important. One very minor point is on the groin stretch into hammys you only do one-side. That said its superb & delivery so modest- there's a lot of professional trainers who could take a leaf out of Lakey's book.

❤ finally today i tried this. while i enjoyed all of it (that mild mobility would allow of course), some of those felt amazing, especially on areas where i am especially suffering :) ill see how i feel tomorrow, and if ok, i might incorporate some of these into my daily :) thank you :)

Hi...I knew that I was "not flexible and lack of mobility". Now I know what is the main cause... "Hip capsule internal and external rotation". So so important, but not many men/women talk of this. I mention this... As maybe this may help yourself, and other's in the future! I'm here to learn some correct knowledge with fitness and mobility. Cheers. Stay upright. 🤙

I love the foundation training too. Eric is a legend! I kind of mix and match a lot of exercises from different areas. Seems to be working for my back atm 👌⚡️

❤ super proud of you for being disciplined about your ongoing recovery and preventative physio measures, which allows you to continue to enjoy life as a pro surfer (and to enjoy life as much as possible in general). good work. its excellent to see your routine. i have a failed spinal fusion (pseudoarthrosis and many relative serious issues that i wont bore you with here because this isnt about me. its about you, j bay champ :) on multiple lumbar levels, so unfortunately for me, im too far gone and lack much of the mobility needed for a lot of these, but i took a couple lil notes, and i have a daily routine as well, which after seeing this i am motived to potentially slightly extend for added stretch / floss / flexasheeonaye :) maybe i will check out dr tom toms channel as well (its cool that he has one), even though ive seen him give you some manipulation realignment / adjustment thingies, and i just want to say that it mortified me more than i can even express :)
