The most pleasant thing about this gameplay is that they seem to have abandoned the loot grind and randomised levels of Shadow Warrior 2 and went back to old school shooter and tight level design

Still, this looks like an evolution of the first remake and that's all sorts of positive. The randomised level structure and few locations were the reason I ultimately put SW2 down after playing through it a couple of times. I just prefer distinct hand made levels that I can learn and speedrun in these kind of games

@@808sandDre It is really fun, but for the best experience you gotta start on normal difficulty and then insane on NG+ the thing is the enemies are not that tough on hard but there are a lot of bullet sponges, so you gotta farm those weapons. (Which many people including me don't enjoy, especially in a game like this) Many people just enjoyed the linear non borderlands/diablo experience of the first game more.

This 3rd game architecture wise and music wise is a lot more Chinese compared to Shadow Warrior 2 and 3 which were more Japanese. Main character has a Chinese name and wields a katana [samurai sword] (that's Japanese af)!
