17. PCC Training Day

SEPTA's PCC-III trolleys - training as we all get teased by the idea that they MIGHT come back to service on Route 15, oh I meant Metro Route G1.
I went out to film these on January 30th after putting it off for a long time, but it seems as I went to get more videos in February, the training abruptly stopped. So this is all I got.
