I've always been a night owl never been to bed before midnight, its so difficult for me to get out of that habit but I loved how you challenged viewers to get up early for 3 days to work out. I've been wanting to do that but with going to bed late its hard to get up early but hearing you say that is the push I needed!

I've never heard of that. I usually play nature sounds but never heard of pink noise or is that a company name? Thank you for sharing this video Brittany. Hope all is well and healthy with your family. Blessings - Judith 🎭🎵

Falling asleep and staying asleep have always been my biggest obstacles, i’ve had chronic insomnia for 25 yrs. I found that getting up same time everyday and going to bed same time has been crucial to my new improved bedtime routine. I also take a hot bubble bath before bed every night and slather on my lavender sleep body cream, i’m so intrigued by that light its something i would definitely use everyday. ❤️

Brittany it takes me hours to get to sleep, as I’ve mentioned to you I have several chronic pain syndromes plus sleep disorders, anxiety etc... So I finally looked up reviews on the Hatch Restore to even know what it was and wow it sounds so so amazing 🤩 I’m so thankful for winning sweetheart & of course anything you recommend I know is going to be amazing. I’ve just needed something like this and your other hacks ,tips and tricks. For Christmas I may get one for my grandson whose had sleep issues since he was born , he’s 1 1/2 and my daughter is pregnant again and will be having another one in April , so I want to get the one for babies/ toddlers. I’m definitely going to do a review when I receive and use the Hatch Restore your sending my way. Hopefully you have a code with them when I order for my grandson and soon to be grandchild ( never mind you just mentioned it and it’s in the description for $10 off lol 😆) . Great video love 💜 Oh I was just saying I’m always watching either Netflix or KZbin and stopped reading books bc I can’t concentrate because my mind just races and I think the Hatch Restore is going to help me put my device down and read more and get some sleep 😴 Sleep is so Important for our health and I’m so excited to receive this , I hope you know how thankful I truly am 💞

I put my phone on charger and I have the app to turn my display off while KZbin is playing in the background, it’s amazing, it saves me battery life . On the days you post the video, I listen to your voice and at some point I just go off. No idea when... Nice video! I've been quite into the world of sleep for the past few years now and agree with everything that you say. Also, 'The Naked mind' is a great book and I have certainly cut down how much alcohol I drink (Which is terrible for sleep contrary to popular belief as it just acts as a sedative, decreasing actual sleep quality)

My night routine starts at 8 so we can be sleeping by 9! I wake up at 4 am so this is why I got to bed early. The shower before bed is one of my steps but I’ll try to “air dry”! I have a lotion that is called cocoon sleep as I swear it’s like a trigger for me to go to bed! I clean my face and do my care routine! Lemongrass tea (I have my own plant! Get one they need zero maintenance!) then bed with the massager (you make me buy it! The one for the back but you can use every where 🤣) read my book and boom I’m sleeping! By the way thanks a lot for all the efforts that you out in your content! Blessing for the kids! @acecat

I have a tip for the acupressure massage near the ear. Counting to 100 for me keeps my brain thinking (what number am I on, etc). Instead of counting, you can find a verse from a song with lyrics you know by heart without even having to think about them that takes 100 seconds to sing in your head. The same technique works for the 4/7/8 beathing. Works for me! I also have a heated eye mask with different heat settings for my dry eye condition, and on the nights I use it, I fall asleep so quickly because of how relaxing it is. Feels like Heaven!
