Thank you for the video! I purchased this game when it was still in early access and only played for a couple hours. Although it intrigued me, I was so overwhelmed that I eventually stopped. I'm giving it another try again, and I don't know why but the game seems more beautiful now, maybe it is just my impression. I understand a little bit of what I am doing now and I don't rush it, I take it day by day, with truffles by my side. I'm actually falling in love with this game!

A couple of these tips are outdated now unfortunately, but MOST still apply ❤️ the Devs for this game put out little updates like crazyyyy so things always be changing! But I hope you have fun and enjoy the game 🥰

I think those tips can help people save a lot of time, most of them I learned on my own playing the game but some of them I only realized after quite some time and I think it would have been soooo much easier for me learning them early on, there''s some thing I would like to share also that correlate to some of them about tip #9 I usually grow a lot of wheat (usually getting the seeds from tall grass) and turn them into flour when I want to gift someone but already reached max friendship with them so they keep giving useful tips but I don't lose items that I might need later, and I also realized when they give information about other people it's only from the ones on the same town. about tip #11 I realized that the dog always marked the same spot so I tried to dig those places in another save before purchasing the dog and it worked so I think you can buy the shovel and get a lot of things even before purchasing the dog and make a even bigger profit early on by selling things to the blacksmith/general store (also if you leave farm on day 1 as seen in tip #2 you could gather some items to sell on general store and start doing this by day 1!!! but since I played the game when it first came out and haven't had the time to play it for a few weeks now I don't know if it's still true tho since I don't know if there has been any updates) tip #13 I gave up trying to figuring out how to make potions so this really was useful, Im going to try it once I'm able to play it again, thx

Hey B! Those were really really good tips! I didn't think about gifting flour to maintain friendship! There have been quite a few updates so I am not sure the goods store thing will work that way, but it possibly still could... i am not sure! Im glad you found the potion part helpful :) i really struggled with that so i figured others might as well

Great vid! Thanks! This game seems so cool, but is kinda hidden behind how complex it is. I think the devs coulda done a little more to help the game be more intuitive for beginners. Videos like this really help bridge the gap though, so thank you.

@@katforscience Im about 8 hours in. First week of adulthood. I struggle with knowing what really to do or focus on, or if there is a sense of urgency or what not lol.

@@droidean understandable.. theres so much to do that it definitely feels overwhelming at first. I will say that there isnt much of a rush or sense of urgency with the game :) its kinda up to you whether you want to accomplish A LOT with your first generation. Once you have met all of the Masters and start working on skills, it really is up to you how to go about getting the REP you need for the Grandmasters and turning in items to the Masters to level up in skills. I recommend trying to buy a shop that interests you and putting a lot of work into that cause its such a good way to progress... so much REP from owning and doing well in a business

i would also focus on gifting NPCs to learn their stories as they will die eventually... good to know them before that happens :D

Honestly I'm not a fan of the art style and it was something I couldn't get over. I do feel like they did alot of thing right here so I want to try again eventually with these tips in mind.

The art style did take some getting used to for me, but now I love it… an acquired taste maybe 🤔 but if you can get past the art style, definitely give it a shot… it quickly became a favorite of mine and it’s still got huge updates to come ❤️
