This was the best way to really show the consistency of the 3 types of paint. It is a big key on making or breaking a painting. No one until now has done such a Perfect video as you did. I'm sure if it's a begginer than blow out the 3 pieces we have more difference. 😂 You are so skillful that you are able to adjust the way you blow to get the best result. 😁 A most interesting video with very visual examples. In addition, you generously give of your time, your products $$, to teach us the art of bloom. You are so pleasant to listen to and easy to follow. No matter the length of your videos, I am captivated by what you do or show, how time flies with you!!! 💙💛💙 Thank you sooooo much Lisa Marvin!!🤩

They’re all beautiful but the vibrancy of color in the “thick” pour is amazing. Question: In the “Goldilocks” test with the 3 pours, what would you say was the closest to your white paint that you laid down first? This was very helpful it’s getting clearer than mud for me with each video 😂. I haven’t poured yet. Just gathering my materials and hopefully the knowledge. Thank you so much!!

Welcome back, I hope you all had an amazing holiday, with many treasured memories made ✨. Thank you, for this video, the time you spent in filming and editing, the cost of your paints and other products used as well as your time. Time that you have taken away from your own painting and/or time you have sacrificed with family and friends. Just want you to know, that I sincerely appreciate you doing these videos to educate and help all of us, new to bloom technique. I certainly didn’t like the too thin paint bloom, as it looked a little muddy in some areas and the cells and lacing certainly didn’t hold up. Love, love, love the ‘just right’ bloom and that Lemon Sorbet, definite favourite of mine ♥️. Hello Lisa 🙂 thank you so much for your sharings 🙏 I am in love with your paintings !!! I just wonder how the consistency of the pillow and of the cell activator is the best ? You may have told about it but I am french and certainly miss some explaination 😏... all the consistencies have to be the same ? Or the cell activator has to be thinner than others ? And what about the pillow ? And the blowing must be important as well I guess. The middle of the puddle first and then a soft blow through the exterior of the canvas ? I hope my questions are quite clear 😀... And I thank a lot everybody who can answering me 🥰 ! Have a nice day 💕

Great video on consistency. You can really tell the difference in the cells and how the paints blew out. Personally, I don’t like the “too thin” look. The Goldilocks one is gorgeous of course. The “too thick” one has its place- it had great cells and a cool softening of colors around the edges. Thanks for taking the time to show us what can happen depending on consistency. ❤️

This was very helpful! I took the sheleeart class and this is a great augmenter to that! I have made the mistake of too thick and too thin paints... one thing also about too thin that I didnt realize but shelee told me was that the extra jo sonja can cause cracking/crazing!! It was happening to me along with the squiggly wonky cells! So that would be another reason not to go too thin! Always err on the side of thicker if you are going to err 😂😂

I think I may have mentioned this to you before, but………..they have pour spouts for those Behr lids that have that screw off smaller hole. And thank you so much for this. That is the exact PM I use, very thick, but I think Behr is a good brand. And just a thought, beginners, or less……scientific, painters could be looking for their pigs to ‘melt’, or ‘disolve’.

#2 is definitely the best of 3...but I do like the cells in dark part of #3... But colors didn't really move out to edges & I can't blow that hard! Will be hurrying a bit more on my quitting smoking if am blowing out paints! Either that, or passing out from blowing so hard! "Face painting" my blooms!?! Ha-ha! (Do I want thick or thin for that?!
