4:06 - You definitely need to know a bit psychology, or at least get people well, to figure out which students you want to take on and which you won't. There's both the issue of whether they go out and do something messed up with it and also what the wrong people, even non psychopathic - just cliquish - can do to the health of a school's culture and whether or not the other students enjoy being there.

@@carbon1479 exactly. Plus when your running a school you have to be able to screen red flags in instructors. It's definitely a lot of layers. Thanks for checking out the show 🤙
