Incredible watch! Massively underrated, I absolutely love mine! Great unboxing video 👌🏽

I used to own a Mark II Re-issue Racing. Beautiful watch.

it is a nice watch the colours are great.

You've obviously made the correct choice to own them both. More dressy occasions, go with the black dial, casual and out for some fun.....grey dial. My favorite Speedy reference by a mile and rarely if ever seen in the wild, which you can't say about the moon watch. Ok, off I go to try to convince my wife I need a second Mark II as well........

hehe, your comment made me chuckle and I agree.. The problem with these things is you always need two 🤓

Amazing watch, I wanna get the two tone version sedna gold but not sure because of my wrist size is 6.5 inches..how big is your wrist???
@masterwatch10 ай бұрын
the two tone gold will be very nice too. My wrist is 7inch about 185mm. The watch probably looks bigger in the video.
@donaleeesio10 ай бұрын
Maestro! If this was made by Rado or Fortis or even anyone else but Omega and it was 41mm with 13mm in height, it would've been probably in my watch box right now,lol.

I really don't mind the size and weight as ut gives it character. I suppose I am a chronograph fan 🤓

I'm not sure if curvaceous and bodacious time pieces are my taste but surely I have more respect for this Omega as opposed to speed master moon watch. Atleast this one has no affiliation with a hoax. I never understood why people in the UK insist somuch on man on the moon phnomenon while most Americans have come to the conclusion that it was nothing but a hollywood sciencefiction tv project for the whole world to see. I'm not gonna lie to you nor I want to be negative or a discouragement but there are two things I learned about Omega long ago that turned me away from them to become one of my least favorite watchmakers, no matter how big and plush their boxes are,lol 1- affiliation with James Bond fantasy. 2- affiliation with Moon Landing story. And here I am today a proud wearer of Navitimer B01 knowing that its ancestor was truely first watch worn in outer space in the western hemisphere.

@@donaleeesio I can imagine many people think the same as you actually. To be honest, I don't really like collaboration pieces or watches that have old aeroplanes on the back, that does seem to limit my choice sometimes. I much prefer a watch to be just a watch with a simple name or part number. If then the watch becomes associated to a person or thing that is fine and preferred for me. I think all brands have let themselves down at some point with marketing stunts that seem counter productive. I really liked the Omega 007 watches but I'd prefer it if there wasn't the reference, but I understand why they did. I suppose I am not that audience.

I don't mind when the time piece is dedicated or named after or associated with a person or an object or an event as long as that link is truthful in it's core and 100% relevant, not some fals fictional entity or idea. Example. IWC Aquatimer Jacques Cousteau eddition Breitling Navitimer Boeing 747

Both are very beautiful but the black dial does it for me. Would you have a preference for these over the MRG-B5000’s? Hard to call it IMHO.
@masterwatch10 ай бұрын
I think the MRG-B5000's are a different watch for different occasions. I do wonder why I like them myself at times and try to understand why. One is a 50 year old design and the other a 40 year old design and that always intrigues me.

A titanium version would look great
@masterwatch10 ай бұрын
I was actually thinking this would make a fantastic candidate to be made in Titanium. Saying that steel or gold is my preference but if it was gold it would be heavy but I would probably still like it.

I was gonna buy this until I found out that therecwas no bracelet included... I couldn't believe the cheek of Omega not suppling the bracelet at this price point...Omega are very naughty doing this and they damn well know it
@masterwatch8 ай бұрын
It does come on the steel bracelet do you mean there is not other strap?
@tychosteve8 ай бұрын
@@masterwatch Unfortunately like the unboxing shows the blue strap is what you got, the bracelet as mentioned in the video was extra. Omega AD bloke quietly agreed with me when I told him what I thought.....perhaps they have been shamed into providing bracelet now but I bought an Ultra Deep instead so I've ticked the Omega box and next stop Breguet 😆

Maestro! as sexy as this Mark two is did you know that Mr. Brad Pitt himself is a Breitling ambassador? Infact he got a Premier and a Navi(latest version)
@masterwatch10 ай бұрын
I know but I thought Brad is more of a Omega Speedmaster Mark2 racing Dial kind of a guy and I bet he actually likes the watch...
@donaleeesio10 ай бұрын
I doubt it, he is more like Rolex, Breitling, Patek, Cartier, TAG, guy. It's Goerge Cloony who wears Omega, and of course the Bond actors.
@masterwatch10 ай бұрын
@@donaleeesio actually George is cool also but I do think the Racing Mark 2 is more of a Brad Pitt look 😆 and imagine if he was seen wearing a Mark 2.. If he sees this video he might 😊
