The more I see of his videos the more impressed I am. He doesn't just go through the motions, he's got a lot of life in him, and what a great band! Three lead guitars!

That is freaking awesome. And I never use that stupid word. Thank you. That takes me back to my teens at the pool room on the pier at Myrtle Beach . the jukebox always had the biggest hits and it had all of Bowie's. Great job.

Mighty generous to play "Suffragette City" since it sounds like Bowie borrowed heavily from Cooper's Nov. 1971 single "Under My Wheels" when he recorded it in Feb. 1972.

Sounds believable. I never heard that till now.

FInally saw Alice on this tour 2016 - the Elected DJT/HRC was priceless My first album was Schools Out when I was 12 There are extended videos of Nita She is very down to earth, smart, stays away from R&R excess And beautiful sans makeup She sure knows how to sass it up here and has the chops Perfect fit

I saw a Velvet Underground vid the other day that featured a photo with Andy Warhol. Apparently Alice had in his garage a Warhol work now worth around $1m. OTOH, in a vid of a Lou Reed concert, he introduces "Walk on the Wild Side" as a song that paid the rent for 9 years. I guess he didn't have a garage?

Anyone know if The Who considered asking Ringo after the untimely death of Keith Moon (in 1978).
@clubdoc5 жыл бұрын
No as they needed a hard hitter. Ringos son Zack plays for The Who now. Hell, Paul Mac used to redo Ringo's awful drumming in the studio after he would go home for the night.
