I too have the handle Jason fabricated for my LX2610. I ordered mine after seeing Pale Horse Outdoors' video on his installation. It is an ESSENTIAL addition for my short legs. Extremely well-made indeed and used daily for mount and dismount!

The handle is a very practical addition too. After a few years of pulling up on the steering wheel, it is likely to come off the tractor in your hand! HA! HA!

Thank you for designing this handle!! I ordered one for myself (for my b2301) and for my father (for his b2601). I’m a disabled veteran and even climbing on the little tractors need extra help. This was the best thing I’ve added, BY FAR!! The newest design has skateboard grip tape. And it is best used if set at lowest then tighten set bolt for the safest use.

That is a great addition. I made a canopy last winter. As a matter of fact, the front part of the canopy is supported by two small posts. This appears to be the perfect handle to climb on the tractor. Combined with the steps, it made the whole difference. I am in great shape, only 44 years old. But that was a game-changer I can tell! Much easier to step down without the risk of slipping. I can imagine the step and handle you got is night and day! Thanks!

Can you build a sturdy step that mounts to the 2601 when you dont use a mower deck? Kubota makes one for the 2650 that also fits the 2601 but its weak, very simple design and the holes are already in the tractor, just need 4 bolts.

The steering wheel seems to be in such a great spot for grabbing to get on and off the tractor, but this new handle looks like it's in a great spot too, so no more steering wheel grabbing for your eh!!! If you mix sand with paint, it will be even better than the bed liner and way cheaper. We used it on parts of airplanes where pilot had to walk on the wings.

Have you guys determined anything else about pricing? Those are some really nice mods. What do you think about welding expanded metal on the inside of the grapple bucket, at least in front of the grill? My grapple is still on order so I don't know much about it yet. Most of the time my loader won't be on the tractor so I didn't want to interfere with the lights. Your bucket leveler indicator video is great if anyone is in the market they should watch it. Ed has a great channel as well.

That handle looks great. It looks like Jason is out of stock on them right now, but I'll shoot him an email and ask if he can notify me if / when he has time to make more. The steps look nice too, but I don't have a mower on my tractor. Instead, I'm going to order the Kubota step from the B2650 / LX, which also fits the B series. (GP outdoors showed it in one of his videos.) I don't think it would fit if I had a mower, though.
