Oh yeah, this was to good!! hope he comes back on. Big thing about John Meadow's i miss was his youtube LIVE weekly with Q&A about training ideas and techniques. this reminded me of that which was fun.

The other thing everyone forgets about Dorian is that in Blood and Guts he deadlifted 4.5 plates to 8 rep failure at the end of his routine. Pre-exhaust was absolutely a part of Dorians training.
