I already did 18 inch gt rims set up last year if u remember we had discussion on it .... i had no problems yet infact pick up increases becoz of small tyre profile and headache gone for searching 17 inch tyre everytime... 18 is easily available

It's mostly for the availablity of other tyres that's it ... 18 inch tyre bahot hai ... 19 inch may thora less ..as motocross supercross may 19 inch raheta hai but jab log trailing karte hai tavi 18 inch use krte hai .. as for the market report ..18 inch rim jada famous hai mostly for the variety of tyres ...

No can't increase hight by shock absorber but I can increase hight by altering bone links of swingarm same as what I have done on my bike

Lol . Use to have wen ther was stock bearings . But after upgrading to good quality bearing I never had those problems again but still need to maintain it and soon changing again

21/18 is a more favorable offroad combo. As he mentioned in the video, all proven hardcore enduro bikes run with this combo. It's also a great combo for offroad tyre options. Almost all 70% off road biased tyres come in 21/18 size.
