I personally know someone that I am very, very close to and he hasn't had sex in almost 6 years! This is a nice looking, intelligent, very articulate, strong, talented black man with a lot to give. He will tell anybody that the reason why he hasn't had relations in all of those years is because he's looking for another black disease free black man who matches his energy. He doesn't have a high body count and doesn't smoke, drink or do drugs and has a strong spiritual foundation and he said it's extremely hard to meet black men of his attraction who's equally yoked. It's good to know that there are more black men out there who are able to control their urges for prolonged periods because the image and stereotype is that the average man will smash with anyone and at anytime.

@@dearblackgaymen honestly I don't know, I don't think if I am going to be able to ride again as I did before because my body changed between all those years and also I'm not as what I see online, I cannot do those marathons and I feel inadequate as it is expected to me to be a sexual being , being on top of my game as If a 5 minutes And also being in the past a victim of sa doesn't help how I persevere those moments

I truly think side people are people who cannot satisfy there partners and I would never even entertain them as a lover. You need to be able to satisfy your partner and sides are limiting in doing this.

I not sure if it is that they can't satisfy their partners (because it sounds like they are still sexually active), but they are not finding pleasure in penatrating or being penatrated, but everything else is working for them. I think our community (Black gay) has the tendency to apply narrow definitions around sex and sexually. It use to be top/bottom before vers came out.
