That tray of seafood in the centre looked massive and, knowing the amount of time needed just to crack open the shellfish, 45 min seems unrealistic and it’s easy to see why only the best of the best like you and Molly have beaten this challenge. Easiest way to eat Crawfish is pull heads off and open them apart like a shrimp (by the belly)

For crabs, I brake them at the joints then crack the leg in the middle and gently ease them apart shacking side to side. Great job you guys.

I love seafood, but not in mass quantities. I've never in 76 years eaten mussels or clams on the half shell. Don't dislike, just never had any. Growing up in the mid west, we called them craw fish. They are very plentiful in local creeks. Thanks to both of you! Papa Bob in MO, USA.
