WHAT a estate. What we saw . It looks like olive trees are well taken care of. As hot as your summers are. Im surprised i didnt see any air conditioning. If i had a large family. Id let them fight over which apartment they want to restore or update. A fun place. My imagination is running wild. Including a electric stair chair. Those steps looked steep. Would love to see a follow up of renovations.

Ciao Valerie! Thank you so much for watching and I'm so glad you loved what you saw. It's such an amazing property. You won't often see aircon in older buildings as Italians don't use it much. Also, as they are on top of a lovely hill surrounded by forest, there were lovely breezes blowing through the home and some ceiling fans as well. Of course, if someone wanted to install aircon into some of the bedrooms, that would be possible. There are several ground floor apartments that you didn't see because they are lived in, so we didn't disturb the occupant (elderly mother) but the ground floor is well suited to people who can't use the stairs. Anything is possible if you wanted to install stair lifts but it's such a large property that even a conventional lift could be fitted from one level to another. It will be wonderful to see who purchases the property and what they do with it as it's just so gorgeous! It wii look like a Tuscan dream once some TLC has been added. Great opportunity in my view. Loved those restored ceilings ( particularly the barrel ceiling), secluded with wonderful views. I guess you could easily double the price for a decent restoration but still seems good value. Lots of options for any buyer. 👍❤️❤️

It’s exceptional value Phil! Considering it’s over 1000m2 of living space which are mostly already in perfect order, (I couldn’t show it all) it’s so underpriced. The photos I superimposed when it was running as a business, show how gorgeous it is when given some TLC. Other properties near this size in perfect order are usually around the 3million mark so this is a steal in my opinion. With the roof already done and most spaces already useable, the other “to be finished” areas, could be worked on with time. I would buy this in a flash if I had the money and make it an amazing wedding venue! Dreaming with my eyes open 😍♥️🥰😁 I can’t wait to see it come back to life again! ♥️🥰🇮🇹
