Sure plenty of Alan key bolts and carriage bolts have round heads. A bolt is a broad term for a threaded stub with keyway fixture on top that allows a certain tool to be used on it.

Might want to look into getting some Stage 8 Locking fasteners for the turbo downpipe. It's common for them to come loose during heat cycling, expanding and contracting of the metal. Which is also why it looks like someone tried to tack weld the nut to the stud, but the tack broke.

Had the exact same problem with my sr, between the turbine outlet and dp you could literally see through it. Still have the problem with my exhaust hanging too low and if I don't come into my garage at enough angle it scrapes the resonator

Same thing on my 240sx many years ago, Nissan frames of that era were made from recycled russian Steel, glued together to form major frame members, once the Rust gets in there, the frame rails explode, I never trusted a nissan again.
