I have been wondering about eye protection. With two part resin there are warnings galore, and everyone knows the risks. But for UV I’m using nitrile gloves and yellow eye protection. But I’ve found there is very little advice generally on safe use of UV resin.
@SkitchBean_aka_Christine_E Жыл бұрын
I had a furnace put in when I first started working with uv resin. A tech told me they use uv flash lights/torches to look for leaks. They use the yellow goggles for eye protection, and he strongly recommend that I use them also. I use mine every time I use my uv lights.

Your sub conscious is making it into that. That's why everyone sees something different at first, although they may see what you do after reading your comment. The brain is strange... but consider that it makes an image out of what our eyes take in, but it's completely shut off from the outside and has never seen a thing...

I have a load of resin I haven’t used, it may be passed it’s expiry and a lil iffy but I’m not throwing a whole litre of 1:1 expensive resin out. The only thing is that type of resin can’t be used in this type of shirt n quick experiment I’m pretty sure. But you’ve certainly got me thinking tho

The ones that are you favorites remind me of like possibly a mom and dad, or just two parents holding the hands of their baby or child like tossing the baby in the air it's just very family oriented it would be a good gift for and expecting parents or parents who just had a baby. I think your work is magnificent btw. Keep the videos coming!

I bet you could refine the drop rate by using different densities. If you weigh 100ml of resin, and 100ml of that shampoo, you’ll be able to see that they are (I bet) very close, resin being a little more dense. Then you could thin the shampoo slightly for a faster drop, or evaporate it some to thicken it. Great experiment!
