I heavily suggest checking out rooflemonger. He is personally my favorite KZbinr for fighting games guides. He makes videos like basic beginner guides for every character, learning the basics of combo sytems in specific games, and beginner guides for the game as a whole. He's always my go-to when I get into a new fighting game

The most important basic things you need is your neutral moves, a launcher+wall carry combo, and what you want to do to punish. Then you can work on your 10 hit, your wall adjust, your mixup combos, etc...

Back button is actually the strongest move all characters have. So cool to see the results of the training in the win! Just one suggestion, use the 1234 notation, it's what everyone uses to talk about moves and combos, and you'll get it in no time (you were actually using it already) Keep it frosty and keep it up!

Everyone calling specialty mode trash but couldn't it be some what decent if you combine it with normal moves for stuff you have trouble getting right. To get combos easier you couldn't normally achieve. It really doesn't seems that much of damage difference either but i dont own the game so im just yepping

The only real use you could make out of it is by turning it on mid combo for a hand full of moves that could be harder to chain together normally or have some easier options in neutral. But still it would be a good tool for mental warfare. Every veteran hates that shit 😂

@@Tmo_201 it wouldn't work for mental warfare cuz you can see the specialist mode buttons pop up if your opponent uses them too, so as soon as u pull up the menu you're locked down to 2 strings, 2 grabs, a power crush and 2 lows (maybe even 1,depends on character) and any higher level opponent will know that so you'd be Hella easy to counter, the only safe situation to use it would be combo juggles and that won't work either cuz the strings in specialist are combo starters and none of them work when trying to keep a previous combo going

Tekken is a hard game for anyone who lets their emotions take control of their actions. Its easy to understand the rage though, the emotions arent the problem in it of itself, you gotta resist the temptation to button mash and making aggressive mistakes
