Hi First of all thank you so much for these informative videos. I am holding 482 Medium-Term Stream Visa, granted on 03/12/2019 and have been working as a winemaker in regional VIC for 30 months. I haven't left Australia since i have started my job here and worked here during covid and before that as full time winemaker in a winery. In January 2023, I'd be working for my nominating employee for 3 years. My question is that some of the immigration advisers told me that i am not eligible for PR (whether 186 or 187) due to i am on Medium - Term stream and not on short stream. Yes it is for the sponsor must have a labour agreement or be under a DAMA agreement to sponsor this occupation under the 482 visa in the first place. Under these agreements can be various occupations that usually cannot be sponsored for the 482 or 186 visa. Thanks for watching
