Just so you know, or maybe you already do...but this shouldn't be done on an unmodified 1873/SAA clone. It will destroy the bolt and cylinder notches on an unmodified cylinder.

This is only possible with a single action as the internal mechanism is different on a double action.

Just remember the gun in this video has parts that have been altered. Doing a triple shot with an 'out of the box' gun will likely damage or break parts like the bolt. Be sure to check out Tuco's content on what needs to be changed.

What if you run all fingers on the hammer instead of just the thumb and pinky?

From what Tuco tells me there is not enough space between the fingers to be able to achieve this, There needs to be enough space to let the hammer to rotate forward without the next finger getting the way. Would be cool if it was possible.
