Would a 10 lb ball be too heavy? Mine is some what smaller than yours and weighs about 10 lbs.

The ball in the video is 8lbs. I typically don't go too much higher than that because the intent of the med ball drills is to throw it hard and fast. If you go too heavy, it can actually slow you down.

@@alanross2876 Yes. As long as it doesn't feel too heavy when you get in the positions and causes you to compensate your form.
