Just found your site after a shocking day at golf. Always feel like I don't get a full turn and at age 59 (very lean and reasonably fit ) I felt I needed more rotation. Your vids are great and get to the point without a load of crap over descriptive crap. That hip rotation really is so. Simple but you feel it straight away. These are awesome exercises that engage the muscles which is how we gain flexibility rather than all the other channels out there doing outdated static stretching exercise videos which are actually harming your body! New sub!

Agree with regards to static stretching. I've actually injured my back doing yoga/static stretching.

Is planks good for your golf swing if so demonstrate the proper way to execute a plank.

Planks are a great exercise for golfers. We might already have a video demonstrating this, but if not, we will put it on our list for future videos
