Amazing apartment. Gorgeous kitchen. I love the aesthetic of the old Woolworth building. It’s beautiful. What’s even better is they haven’t over modernized the interior and have kept it in keeping with the era of the building. It’s just stunning. I see the apartment has sold but I’m curious, what is the soundproofing like between apartments? Unlike newer buildings I find as a general rule that it can be quite good in older ones. Also how often are the exterior of the windows washed? Last question, what are the yearly taxes like on an apartment like this?
