Besides the suicide mission, this is my favorite part of the game. Just you and Kasumi vs a Bond-style villain and a platoon of mercs. Last playthrough was the best yet: I left myself open while shooting down Hock's gunship, the last mech was about to kill me, then Kasumi finished him and saved my ass.

I played this mission again yesterday, and i only noticed then how sad the music is. It is like the entire mission builds up to the fact that she will have to come to terms with letting Keji go. A sad ending to a beautiful story between two lovers.

It's from a wretched hive of scum and villainy, but after not seeing any of humantiy's accomplishments aside from a blown up agriculture colony and a bunch of borderworld trailer parks...Seeing the massive city on Bekenstein made me smile. It's all fictional, but it was nice to see humanity thriving and succeeding for once.

Played this mission full RP, watching the sky full of flying car outside, speaking with Mr Gunn ....Dude, I was walking through the great hall during HOURS to hear the sort of drop at 7:49 !!! Great memories, this is my favorite moment from ME2, right after the suicide mission

Kasumi added such a flair to the game, it's almost bizarre. Everything was Western/Latin atmosphere with Humans, Krogans, Asari and Turians, then the Japanese jump in and it fits so damn well.

Zed Zamorin eh, I find the fight easy, even on Insanity, in general the gunships are easy enemies for me to fight since I use a soldier build, a Widow Sniper, Adrenaline Rush, and the loyalty power, Armor Piercing Ammo, all that and it only takes like 3 or 4 shots max against the gunships, since they only have armor for protection, I found the YMIR mechs the toughest enemies to fight since they have tons of shields to get through first

YMIR Mechs are easy if you use the Arc Projector Heavy Weapon.

Kasumi ended up becoming my favorite and bestie, although she didn't have enough screen time. Probably should have predicted it because I'm a weeb, but I think it was really just her vibe. She's so cool and elegant, but beyond that she's this totally relatable fan girl and huge romantic. She's a total sweetie but also totally fun. And her back story is so tragic, I really feel for her but she maintained her laid back personality despite everything about what she did, her past and present situation being the opposite.

Playing through Legendary Edition right now. Never had DLC for these games before, and Kasumi is such a treat. Her theme, her character motivation & personality, her loyalty mission are all awesome. She's also super useful as a squad mate for me because I love to YOLO in with Vanguard Charge and she cloaks and goes right into the face of the enemy with me. Really wish she was a romance option for Shepard. I suppose Miranda will have to do :P

Eh not really, neither were cut from the main game, I presume they wanted to make two more characters but didn’t have the time for them Compare Javik-ME3 and either ME2 character Javik has his own cutscenes throughout the game and interacts with everyone The two characters get their loyalty mission and that’s about it Wasn’t malicious

i really would have liked to have the option to romance Kasumi...male or femshep. It would have been an interesting dynamic to see her without the hood which is as symbolic as it gets for wearing the mask and giving people the surface only.
