Wow, hell of a nice job on your truck! I just got a 2014 F150 and it has the tailgate with the step and the handle and I thought I would never use it, but I have found that I use it all the time to get in to get stuff out of my toolbox and other stuff, of course us old farts need all the help we can get. Great video!

Loved the mods. Some I won't do but I am always fascinated with what can be done. I gambled and painted the black door handle housings body color, in my case gray. I was afraid that it might look weird because of the texture. It was no problem. Did a light sand before painting. It does not hide the texture. I think the metal flake in the paint served to visually hide it. The sanding just gave something for the paint to adhere to.

Have the same catch can setup with same generic catch cans on my 2012. I also catch way more on the passenger side. My understanding is that this side essentially evacuates the crankcase under non-boost conditions. The driver’s side should kick in when the turbos start spooling. Why that results in more crud on the passenger side and can say, but it seems to.

Super clean truck. I too have a '14 RubyRed Screw 4wd. Upgrade I like best it the nerf bars. They don't seem to stick out much. Yeah, mine came with those chrome runningboards and rims . . . gone now.

The reason your drivers side catch can fills slower is because it's the secondary side. Your main side of the Pcv system is the passenger side. Hope this helps

Yeah passenger is refered to as dirty side and drivers side is called clean side for that reason.

You should paint the front and rear bumper the same color ruby red instead of black. It will look more premium trust me

I think I slightly disagree. I think painting the bumpers will make all remaining chrome pop too much and out of place. The wheels should probably be black at that point. The handles will pop in an awkward way. Etc. I think you have just the I right balance of chrome, black, and color. It might start looking to “plastic-ey”. Maybe get black bumpers, but I dunno. Something about the little bit of chrome on the bumpers says well built and class. Food for thought.

There factory xenon hids mine came with the chrome version I swapped them with someone for the black ones and the bumpers I’m just going with the same ones in black

It catches unburdened fuel and oil otherwise it gets pushed back into the intake manifold

My 2012 FX4 has leather seats. I believe there were two different leather patterns too. One with red piping and one that was the same as the Lariat. Black leather.

Great looking truck man! My 2010 is the same color. I just painted the "F-O-R-D" letter on my grill though....but now I'm thinking I may do the border of the grill as well...I painted my bumbers black, and LOVE them, but now I'm wondering what a color matched bumper would look like. I have black fender flares (FTW! I like them!), so not sure how the CMB would look with the fender flares...may have to match those as well! ;-)

Thanks man yeah color matching parts can get very pricey I was thinking of painting the ford but I’m going more for the black and red theme but I’ve done some much more to the truck since that video it looks even better I even did a center console swap I think I’m at 36 mods and upgrades

Really nice truck Man what brand is your oil catch cans and how much was your Sound system cost and I could give you a little suggestion to have the front grill lettering that says Ford you can either have them painted as well or on eBay they sell the same color stickers that would improve the way it looks a lot very nice truck I got one as well
