1. It's OK to let people go. 2. Adults aren't always right. 3. Memento mori (you'll die one day) 4. You choose your purpose. 5. Be comfortable with your own company, but don't isolate yourself. Know the importance of healthy relationships. 6. Don't ignore the opinions of your loved ones (be open to different views). 7. You'll get over your first heartbreak. 8. Make reading more accessible. 9. Give yourself approval (that's the only approval you truly need). 10. Plan and write your plan (use calendars). 11. Ask yourself questions that make you think constructively (for e.g., Would I do this all over again if I could start over?). 12. Don't be a half-asser, finish what you started. 13. Don't assume, ask. 14. Plan, but be open to god's plan too (hope for the best, prepare for the worst). 15. Don't wait around for opportunities. 16. Be less reactive, pick your battles (choose to put your energy into things that matter more). 17. You're stronger than you think.

1. You're not as bad as you think you are. 2. Other people have just as many doubts and insecurities as you do. 3. The only thing that separates successful people from unsuccessful people is perseverance. 4. It's okay to be scared and it's normal to feel insecure sometimes - just don't let those feelings stop you from trying anyway. 5. There's no shame in admitting that you don't know something - everyone is learning every day. 6 . Taking care of yourself should be a priority - both physically.

i’ve been terrified of rejection, all kinds of it, my whole life. but recently i was in a situation in which i had to make the choice, and that was when i truly realized i would regret not trying more than being rejected. so i finally managed to make myself bite the bullet and take the risk regardless of my fear! it really hurt being rejected, but it made me realize this so very important life lesson. i really don’t want to keep living my life in regrets anymore

Recently I've been very tired. Even though things are great right now and nothing bad is happening, I am drained and full of melancholy. I hope it passes soon because it makes it hard for me to enjoy activities I usually loved partaking in... I also feel very sorry for one boy, who wants to date me - he's really nice but I feel like, currently, the anxiety that I get from romantic relationships would literally destroy me.

Being rejected yesterday in a painful way this is something I needed to hear. To be fair few days before in conversation with her I realized how it was going to play out. After that I just threw a lure to see what kind of person she is. As I found out, the toxic type. The type who demands your attention without making time for you. I said it anyways because I knew the answer. The answer was a no. Which got me angry for a minute but I was happy. A lot happier than I was for the past few days. I knew the answer but I didn't know if I was right or wrong. I wanted that clarification. At point I didn't care about her yes or no. Just that Unknown factor was feeling like a shard of broken glass stuck in my throat. Well like they say "If she calls you a brother, there is always another and her mother"

I think the truth about purpose is somewhere in between - cause even if you choose it, there's something stronger that makes you pick this and not that. It is kind of within you if you chose it. You have a different feeling abot that something you'll choose.
