First Time ever someone has gone through the best hidden gems of Jaipur. Which mostly Jaipur people love and eat everyday. Nahi to wahi Dal bhati aur kachori me reh jate hai. I am glad you have eaten Doodh sev with Malai Roti and Went to eat Malpuye and Tapore. Couldn't meet your there at Kabir Festival but saw you from distance..❤ ❤

Aisa hota hai... if u have your favourite 'aachar', u can do without the 'sabji' ... n Jaipur pickles finds place in various food fairs... Not just that there s history about food, but also about any old food store, or in the pursuit of a food vendor... it for sure brings a smile to the listener, wen they say they ve finally accomplished n are happy n content wth there work.... The grandeur of the pink city, reflects in its beautiful architecture, its cuisine, n the folk art n crafts... infact the 'band of musicians' is so famous, that it is replicated in wood craft products, promoted from Jaipur, and adorns the living rooms of many a homes... I would say, tht "DFW"... not just focuses on food, but blends the traditional culture n heritage along with it....😊

Love the video, though i do have to tell you... this is not the only shop doing specialty aachars or letting you taste them. there is a Sindhi area newr Bombay, called Kalyan/Ulhasnager, where in one of the major markets, you will find not one but multiple shops like this but much bigger, with more variety and unimaginable types of Achaars. they too have been around for 100's of years... you can go inside each shop, they let you taste whatever you want. I am usually mesmerised whenever there!
