Great point on why the 'redeemable in gold on demand" was not really important since they were still making gold coins. Then again I wonder why they made actual $20 gold seal certificates F-2402 to F-2403? And the same for $10, $50, and $100 notes

Still have to complete my 1928 type set with the 20, 50, and 100. Feel like since that is a FRN with green seal, and that type is still valid today, people (not collectors) just simply don't associate any significant extra value for them. Makes it nice for collectors to still attain them.

Nice $20 note, will be looking for it in an upcoming BIN auction. Been watching for about 3 years now, only viewed filled in stars on the channel, till last Monday.
