Very nice work. You did a great job of fabricating the panels, as it is very tedious. I’m making door panels for my ‘26 Model T Touring Car, and found it especially challenging to line up the clip holes perfectly.

This was very helpful and the timing perfect! My project is an original 30 year Wescott Fiberglass 3W coupe body on a Brookville chassis. Everything is painted, the body ready to go back on the frame for the final time AND THEN I can get started on upholstery!

I get the glue used on vinyl Tops. It holds really well in the heat

Quite sure that's what I got from the upholstery shop. Comes in a 5 gallon can. None of the aerosol cans off the shelf work.

Rick, the material came with the old Lebarron Bonney kit. The camera lady can make it too. She will make it for the 32 Ford pickup.

What is the material that those door panels made of.

I used 1/8" melamine or hardboard panel. People call it different things. Some people call it 1/8" thick MDF as well. It's around $25-30 for a 4'x8' sheet. I've used ABS plastic sheet before but it doesn't take staples very well and it's $90 plus per sheet.
