Before I rode the Pivot GT, I thought the price was the most competitive model. In particular, the price of the Pivot S was just amazing. Looking at the carbon hybrid deck, alloy wheels, and battery configuration, I wondered if this price was really right. However, the Pivot GT was a decent board regardless of the price. @@poncho1567 still waiting to receive it. They informed me, that it now reached Europe (at least) so hopefully I will ride it soon (?). Still riding my Eovan GTS Silo and my Ownboard Zeus, which both are really good boards.

These days, double kingpin trucks have improved their stability, so the advantages of double kingpin trucks seem to have faded. So I think if who know about bushing like you, they can enjoy the advantages of trucks in more variety

Good review! The weather doesn't seem to be kind to you whenever you analyse this board. 😅 I love how agile this board is with AT wheels and it has a real kick to it with both AT and street wheels! It seems like the Propel boards are one of the best value for money boards. Its hill-climbing performance is supposedly great too-do you agree with that? It was a good decision by Propel to start working on a new remote for the Pivot series boards because they don't suit a board of this quality. Also, you finally reviewed this board! Yay! 👏

With all the electric longboards you've ridden, what are two longboards you would recommend for 1. convenient traveling and/or 2. can add on a battery for extended distance? Is there a board that you can detach the battery from the board conveniently?

Well, I don't think there was a battery replacement type board that I've ever experienced... If it wasn't a battery-replaceable type board, I think Acedeck's boards were okay

Each board manufacturer has a different ESC acceleration curve setting. So in the initial acceleration, there may be slightly faster boards depending on the acceleration curve setting. However, Lightning's basic power performance was the strongest and its acceleration was also among the fastest side.

If you're looking for a professional AT board, it's better to look for a complete AT rather than a two-in-one style. Of course, the Pivot GT is good for cost-effectiveness, but if you have enough budget, consider AT boards with gear drives

How much more comfort Tynee Explorer has compared to this board? Right now if I want DKP and bigger battery, Propel is both better and cheaper option. I am soooo torn

I got the zealot x and I’m loving it. I’m planning to get the cloudwheels rovers for it. But I don’t know if that would be the best. Should I change the wheel, or go for a board like this one that are designed to handle larger wheels.

I don't think you can fit it on your board. And if you want to experience bigger wheels, I recommend experiencing pneumatic tires first, so I think it would be better to have an AT board.

hello, trying to decide between this board vs the endeavor. this board is lighter and seems to have better turn radius while the endeavor is quite a bit heavier, more expensive but has incredible stability amd off road performance. which board do you think is more beginner friendly?

The hurricane has 724 watt hours, pivot gt has 864 watt hours. Hurricane motors are around 3500 each, pivot should be 3250 each. Not a major difference really and the top speed is really close. Propel has a better reputation in customer support. Meepo has become a bit infamous for the lack of support as the years have gone by. Pivot is also quite a bit cheaper right now. I don't own either but I don't think the hurricane competes with the pivot very well

Did you use the out-of-the-box bushings for your test ride with the street wheels? For me, it felt super wabbly, almost not handable.

If you're a beginner, you might feel very flexible when using them with PU wheels. Using an aftermarket bushing can also be a good way

Have you had the fault codes ABS overcurrent in the VESC tool, i have a 75100 and 2 6374 motors, the motor detection works perfect but after when i try to use my remote the motor starts to twitch and spools up and down. this problem just happened one day. Do you know what can fix this or what can be the problem

@@Jason_Music So many people asked similar questions that I was confused. If I were you, I'd probably choose the Pivot GT. Zeus uses a slightly higher voltage, but Pivot GT uses better battery cells despite its lower price, and both use stiff full carbon decks, so Pivot GT's DKP truck has a smoother and more flexible riding than Zeus's TKP truck.

Hi. Just bought an electric skateboard - what I can do to make it more manuverable and responsive? (Ownboard W2, bushings are slightly tightened and I experience wobble on speeds higher than 25kmh, my weight 85kg)

Riptide bushings are a no-brainer upgrade. Will improve your board in every way. Orangatang bushings are also excellent.
