@@anyguy6475 With Warbirds (any Prop-driven aircraft really) there's a lot of torque and other physical forces being exerted on the aircraft by the rotating prop; Most noticeable making the aircraft want to yaw to the left, and roll (from the torque) With the amount of power the engines on these planes had, the above forces can be quite...aggressive, and if not properly controlled, can lead to quite the humorous GR takeoff montage :D

Wow, that stall maneuver the Spitfire pulled against Hai was probably the coolest thing I've ever seen. That driver had exceptional control of that airplane

Looked like a MkXIV. Those are nimble machines, even by Spitfire standards, and fast to boot. Don't know how much the clipped wingtips figure into it being able to nose over in a stall that easily, but the throttle management implicit in that maneuver is damned impressive in any circumstance.

dora's are the nicest prop planes of ww2, hands down. I heard when the US found abandoned ones right after ww2 ended, we rigged them up so they could operate off our fuel and they outflew anything we had, including p51's everything.

Amazing E fighting by that Spitefire. Gained more E than the 109 and 190 on dives and then could out turn and climb with the 109 and outperform both against the 190. The 109 would have gotten the Spit though with better fuel.

Maybe you should have started with a shorter runway ! It was pitiful watching all of you taking off. The Mustang should not be all over the place like a bag of snakes like that so I know that's just bad piloting. In fact, the whole mission was terrible. I couldn't watch more than 27 mins.
