you are talking about things here that just don't come out of a book. while books are a great thing, time and experience are the things giving you the confidence to know how to shim for correct resistance. looking good to me.

I put a "new" transmission I'm my a and its grinding going into gear how do I adjust it to get it to stop grinding? I want to use it plowing snow but I dont want to burn out the new transmission

Any idea why my PTO would be stuck?

Hard to say until you open it up. Sometime the spring on the lever gets hung .
