1947 Farmall M: The Farmall M is Leaving RNR....

Hello all and welcome back.. This is something I have been keeping pretty quiet lately. The 1947 Farmall M is leaving Rusty Nutz Ranch. The new owner's do not want the wheel weights or the loader, so we get to work pulling these items off of the tractor. It has been a good run from 2015 to current. Nearly 10 years we have been with this tractor, nursing it back to health. But all good things must come to an end. Here is the finale on the 'ol '47 M.

Yes, we were there a few hours Saturday morning. Ran into a few. I didn't do any filming because I just wanted to focus on trying to find parts. Didn't have any luck finding parts, but tried!

I remember you got that M at Biewers Tractor Salvage in Barnesville. I still want to visit that place (bucket list). That M served you well over the years and will be missed. Observation: that M next to your SC shows you how big that tractor is. Didn't realize that. 🚜

Biewer's is quite the place. On the one hand it is depressing to see where the state of these tractors is.. On the other hand, the graveyard of cadavers is necessary in order to keep these old girls going. The M's were the big dogs of their day!

I think I know what’s coming… can’t wait for it. You should stick the loader on another tractor like the H. Perhaps the next tractor already has a loader on it 🤫. I am debating picking up one as a project just not sure what I wanna get yet. Any thoughts or opinions?
