This 1951 Chevrolet Deluxe Styleline is now offered for sale by Cars Remember When Auto Sales. It is in excellent condition and offers some nice modern convinces while still sporting the original look with white wall tires and a visor. This Styleline is equipped with a newer 235 cubic inch inline 6 engine keeping the period correct feel with increased reliability and power. Notably, this one is upgraded with a Vintage A/C unit allowing for a cool interior while cruising. Further upgrades include a 12V conversion and a battery relocation to the trunk, for easier access and maintenance. The white wall tires appear to be newer and Coker branded so you know you are getting a quality tire. The cooling system has been fitted with a heavy duty aluminum style radiator to ensure a cool running engine. The paint and body is an older paint job but still shows very nice. The new Bendix brakes were an improvement boon on the 51s over 1949-50 when Huck brakes, which were less reliable, were offered. The Power Glide was a very pleasant surprise, except when it came to the green light, though

That would be the flipper bar. If this car came with the accessory, it will be one of the few challenging parts for these cars to go on safari for, I know 4 a fact

None of these Chevys are much of a migraine to procure parts and service for. Trim parts are not normally an issue; with that said, though, substandard chrome plating may be. That boils down to the Korean debacle when these cars were new, and all makes suffered the cheap plating issues as a result.
