1952 Farmall Cub - Hand Cranking & Demonstration

Very nice Farmall Cub Tractor with a complete Front & Rear Cultivator. The cultivators need painting now, because they make this pretty little red tractor look funny! If she doesn't sell within a week or two, they will also get a fresh coat of paint.
The hand crank shown in video isn't included with the sale; but they can be purchased on the internet fairly reasonable.

You guys should see the latest tractor I've brought home! It is an early offset Cub Lo-Boy with a Front mounted IH Blade & a rear mounted Auburn Trencher with the PTO De-Speeder Creeper Unit. It is a really cool looking rig!

@farmall51 You're welcome. I try to be as "correct" as possible when I am repainting. I know that the lights, light switch, and muffler are painted black; but they are aftermarket lights are were black to begin with. I personally don't like the look, but thought I would give it a shot. Really doesn't hurt since I've got 14 more Cubs to work on. I've still got some touching up to do on the lug bolts and other places, but all in all its a really nice tractor.

I have a question , my neighbor has a 1949 international cub that runs but needs a starter and only starts with the hand crank, hes asking 1200 for it , is that a good price for it ? Everythibg works fine expect the starter

Sounds healthy! Just picked up a '54 Cub myself but cant seem to get the timing right at all. Great machines!

Too bad that these little engines are so hard to start! :-) I kept a 154 for 32 years and it ran like new when I sold it. Never used or leaked a drop of oil.

As long as we used our Cub regularly, it never was a problem to start unless the battery was weak or dead. But I did do my share of hand cranking over the years.

Thats not the safe way of cranking that tractor, my dad broke his arm cranking it like that, it went around and hit his arm.

You should always keep palm of your hand open to avoid any kick backs.
