The '56 Buick Convertible are super rare in all 4 models. I had a '56 Buick Special convertible in mint condition in 1979 to 1982 I loved the car . It had a very classic style & I drove it everywhere & what a smooth ride. I'd loved to have another either a Super or Roadmaster. It's interesting how the Super & Roadmaster competed with Cadillac & the century & special competed with Oldsmobile.

You are correct Roadmasters had 4, specials had 3. No idea what’s going on with this one too many possibilities to make a guess.

It truly is! When I arrived here 2 years ago, it was leaving for it's new home and I was sad to see it go because it's so beautiful! It was traded back for another new toy and when it sells again, I will be equally sad to see it leave!
