The blinker on the right side the way it flashes means you have a bad ground or a blown lightbulb since the front one on right doesn't nblink i check that one first bad bulb or poor ground

Why waste time checking for cranking, spark, carburetor function, air cleaner blockage, etc.? Instead, let's verify that all light bulbs are working! Yeah, that should always be the top priority for a "will it start" video.

Your fuel is tainted, and has rust in it, make sure that you have a couple more fuel filters!
