Portion of film is Sea Scouts on board the USGC Woodrush. The ship is cruising around Duluth and Superior Bay and Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Other portions of the film show the Duluth Ship Canal area. Includes footage of the Neptune Statue which was accidentally destroyed in 1963.
