I have your smooth cowl delete panel for 55-59 Chevy trucks… requires a bit of grinding and bending to get it to lay right.

1 more thing to add to my 66 💸

I installed this two days ago seems pretty straightforward. However the rubber part that screws in doesn’t lay back and cover the screws and I’m not sure if it’s supposed to just stay sticking straight up or if over time it will lay down on top of the screws.

What about re install the side cowl panels with the doors still on? I took the decals off them (‘65 c20)) so they (panels) can be painted fully then to reinstall the decals and put everything back together without removing the doors or scratching anything. Unless I need to just mask tape the decals and put them back on the panels reinstall then paint. If you have a video on them I’d appreciate it

We do not have a vudeo for that, but we will look into it for the future.

Without the cowl hood gasket. wouldn't it act like a cowl hood and let air move out freely?

Very Nice and clean! How does the air get in for the heater and vent once this is installed??
@BROTHERSTruckPartsTV4 жыл бұрын
There's still a small air gap at the base of the windshield for enough air to get in for the heater and vents.

What about the washer nozzles? I guess you lose that function.
@BROTHERSTruckPartsTV2 жыл бұрын
You could still drill holes if you want to maintain the washers.
@josephkostinko7392 жыл бұрын
@@BROTHERSTruckPartsTV I thought about that, but don't like the idea. If I am going to cut holes, I would prefer to cut holes in the hood and install some universal nozzles there. Going to try it out.
