Very enjoyable. Film quality much better than some 1980's Sebring race's.

Such small cars! And the drivers hanging out the rear end around all the corners, not for silly style points (drifting) but for speed. That's racing!

Yea.. back in those days with spongy suspension and questionable tires "the limit" was a whole spectrum, drivers almost sorta floated through the corners perpetually in that zone between grip and slip.

I was there. My first year at RA was 1958. That year or 1959 there was a NASCAR race and almost every car was off track on every corner. There was no extra space on corners. If you went wide you were in dirt. Great times and primitive viewing. Pretty much sit on the ground. A double brat was .75 cents.

Have a victory smoke and a Pabst beer! That 5 minute pit stop, to lose by 58 seconds. kinda hurts
