In the 1960s Henry Ford was obsessed with space travel, and rockets. He designed the Fairlane back lights to resemble rockets taking off. He also made the T-bird with futuristic interior. With a sliding steering wheel.

Ford was naughty by not including backup light. Might have been an option that cost roughly 50 dollars extra to include. Perhaps I am a bit on the demanding side. Other than that, it is a winner.
